How do I pay for my tickets?
Place your reservation through this site — we'll text or email you within an hour with payment instructions. Pay by Venmo, Zelle, or cash at the door (advance rate only if you commit by the deadline). Tickets are emailed with QR codes once payment clears.
Why isn't this on Eventbrite or Ticketmaster?
Those platforms charge 15-18% in fees that come out of the night's budget. By selling direct, every dollar goes to the show — the artist, the venue, the bar, the lighting. You pay less, the night is better.
What does the VIP Booth include?
Entry for 5 guests, your own reserved booth in the lounge area, premium liquor service, a bucket of beer included, personalized DJ song requests (yes, really — DJ Onta will play yours), a dedicated host all night, and priority entry so you skip the line. $200 total for the booth.
What's the dress code?
Dress2impresS. We mean it. Jackets encouraged. Best-dressed gets called out by the host. This is the kind of night you put a fit together for — and our photographer Binod Gurung will be capturing it.
What's the age limit?
Harrisburg (Heritage Hall) is 16+. Pittsburgh (Enclave) is 21+. Bring a valid ID. Bar service requires 21+ ID separately.
Can I bring outside food or drink?
No outside food or drink. Venue has a full bar with both bottle and cocktail service. Hot snacks available throughout the night.
What about photos and video?
Phone photos and short videos are welcome. Our official photographer Binod Gurung is on-site — photos posted to @majjakonight on Instagram within 48 hours. Tag yourself.
Is parking available?
Yes — free parking lot on-site at Heritage Hall. Pittsburgh (Enclave) has paid street parking and two garages within 2 blocks.
Can I get a refund if I can't make it?
Full refund up to 7 days before the show. Within 7 days, you can transfer your ticket to a friend (just email us their name) at no charge. No refunds within 48 hours of the show, but transfers still allowed.
