Common questions.

Is your gold real 24-karat?

Yes. Every piece marked 24k is .999 pure gold, sourced and certified. We also offer 22k (.916) and 18k (.750) — clearly stamped on each piece. We will show you the assay marks.

How long does a custom piece take?

Most custom pieces take 3–6 weeks from approved design to finished work. Bridal sets can take longer (6–10 weeks). Rush orders possible for an additional fee — just ask.

Do you do repairs on jewelry I didn't buy here?

Absolutely. We repair every metal — gold, platinum, silver — and every kind of stone setting. Bring it in and we will give you a free estimate.

Can I redesign my old gold into something new?

Yes — and many of our clients do. We melt down old pieces, refine the gold, and re-cast it into a new design of your choosing. The metal weight + your design fee = your final price.

Do you ship?

For local Cincinnati customers we recommend pickup so you can see the piece in person. For out-of-state clients, we ship insured FedEx with signature required. Custom orders ship at no extra cost.

Do you do appraisals for insurance?

Yes. We provide written certified appraisals accepted by all major insurers (State Farm, Allstate, Liberty Mutual, Chubb). Standard appraisal is $50/piece, free with any service over $500.
