What sets us apart

Why families choose us.

Background-checked + bonded

Every caregiver passes federal + state background, drug screen, driving record, and reference checks. Bonded for property + workers comp.

Same caregiver, every visit

We don't rotate. Once we match your parent with a caregiver, that's their caregiver — same face, same hands, every visit.

24/7 care line

Real person — not a phone tree — answers every call, every hour. Care plan changes, schedule shifts, emergencies. We're here.

Family-run since 2009

Owners answer the phone. We grew up taking care of our own grandmother — and we run this agency the way we ran our family.

How it works

Free assessment to first visit.

Three to seven days from your first call. We listen first, plan second, start care third.

01

Day 1-2

Free in-home assessment

A nurse comes to your home. Meets your loved one. Listens. Builds a care plan you actually agree with.

02

Day 3-5

Caregiver match

We pick a caregiver based on personality, schedule, language, and care needs. You meet before they start.

03

Day 5-7

Care begins

Care starts as planned. We check in after week one. Adjust as needed — no charge, no friction.

04

Monthly

Ongoing oversight

A nurse supervisor visits every 30-60 days. We review the care plan, listen to feedback, adjust schedules.

Meet our caregivers

The hands that come home.

Every caregiver is W-2 employed, background checked, bonded, and trained — not 1099 contractors.

In their words

Stories from the families we serve.

Alzheimer's care

When mom was diagnosed, I didn't know where to start. Maria came over the next day, sat with us at the kitchen table, and built a plan we could actually follow. Three years later, James is still her caregiver. Mom calls him 'her boy.'

Daughter · 3 years

VA Aid & Attendance

Dad was a marine. He didn't take help from anyone. They paired him with David — also ex-military — and within a week dad was joking with him. They handled the VA paperwork, every penny.

TH

Son · 18 months

Post-surgery recovery

After my hip surgery the hospital sent me home alone. Patricia came that first night and stayed twelve days straight. I genuinely don't know what I would have done without her.

Common questions

The questions every family asks.

How quickly can care start?

Same week. Typically 3-5 days from first call to first caregiver visit — assessment day 1-2, caregiver match day 3-4, care starts day 5. For urgent post-discharge cases we can start in 24-48 hours.

Are caregivers screened?

Yes — extensively. Federal + state criminal background, sex offender registry, drug test, motor vehicle record, three professional references, and an in-person interview. We re-run background checks every two years.

Does Medicare pay for this?

Medicare covers skilled care (RN-supervised) after a hospital discharge for limited time, with medical necessity. It does NOT cover non-medical companion care or long-term personal care. Long-term care insurance, VA, or private pay covers those — we'll walk you through what fits.

What if my parent doesn't like the caregiver?

We swap them — no charge, no friction, no questions. Personality fit matters as much as skill. Most families love their first match, but if not, we keep going until we find the right person.

Are you insured?

Fully. General liability ($1M), professional liability, workers compensation, and a fidelity bond covering up to $10,000 of any item in your home. Certificates available on request.

How are the caregivers paid?

We employ our caregivers (W-2, not 1099). They get paid bi-weekly, plus benefits. You're never juggling 1099s, payroll, or worker classifications — that's our job.

What if there's a no-call no-show?

Hasn't happened in 4 years — but if it does, our 24/7 care line dispatches a backup caregiver within 90 minutes. You will never be left without coverage.

Can a caregiver drive my parent to appointments?

Yes. All driving caregivers carry valid licenses + insurance. Mileage is billed at the standard IRS rate, transparently — never marked up.
