We grew up watching grandmother grind spices on a stone slab and roast cumin over an open flame. Every dish on our menu starts the same way — slow, intentional, and made for the table you love.
Our kitchen is a love letter to the Himalayas — to the Newari momo stalls of Patan, the sherpa stews of the Khumbu, the buffalo curries of the Terai. Old recipes, quietly modernized, served like family.
