Do I need a buyer's agent if I'm working with the listing agent?
Yes — and it usually costs you nothing. In most U.S. residential transactions the seller pays both commissions. Without your own agent, you have no one negotiating your side of the deal. Bishnu represents you exclusively.
I'm a first-time buyer — how much do I need for a down payment?
Less than you might think. FHA loans require 3.5% down; some conventional programs allow 3%. VA and USDA loans can be 0% down for eligible buyers. Bishnu will connect you with vetted loan officers who specialize in first-time buyer programs.
Do you serve clients who don't speak English fluently?

Do you handle commercial properties?

For buyers, the seller typically pays the buyer's agent commission — you owe Bishnu nothing out of pocket. For sellers, commission is negotiated up front and only paid at closing.
