nepalidev.com is a simple marketing site. We don’t run user accounts, we don’t sell your data, and we don’t store personal information in a database. Our contact form opens your own email app so you can send us a message directly — the information you share is just what you choose to put in that email.

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, your message arrives in our inbox with the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and anything you write about your project.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you personally.
• We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal information. The Site uses no marketing cookies. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss, quote, and deliver a project.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and when required by law. Those providers include:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and email routing (the inbox that receives your contact-form messages).
• Email/stock-image and similar infrastructure providers used to operate the Site.

The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies used are limited to what is necessary for the Site to function and stay secure. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies if you prefer.

We keep the emails and project communications you send us for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records, then delete them when no longer needed. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

• You can email us to ask what information of yours we hold, to correct it, or to request deletion.
• You can choose not to submit the contact form — there is no obligation to share any information to browse the Site.
