Privacy Policy

nepalidev.com is mainly a marketing site. We don’t run user accounts and we don’t sell your data. Our contact form opens your own email app so you can send us a message directly — the information you share is just what you choose to put in that email. Two other parts of the Site collect information directly: the review form and the online appointment booking pages. Both are described below.

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, your message arrives in our inbox with the details you provide — typically your name, email address, and anything you write about your project.
• Reviews. If you use the review form, we receive your name, your business name (if given), your review, and your email address (optional, used only so we can thank you and check the wording with you). The review is emailed to us and is not published automatically; we check the wording with you before it appears on the Site. To limit repeated submissions, your IP address is briefly held in the server’s memory.
• Appointment bookings. If you book an appointment through a booking page on the Site, we collect your name, email address, the service and time you choose, and, if you provide them, your phone number and a note. These details are saved in our database, emailed to you as a confirmation, and emailed to the business you booked with. Bookings are not paid for on the Site.
• Chat helper. The Site loads a chat helper (“Doko Bot”) from the platform of our affiliate, GoldenDoko. It answers from a fixed set of published answers about our studio. It saves your open/closed state and its conversation for the current browser tab, and a flag that you dismissed its prompt, in your own browser storage; we do not receive your typed messages through it.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you personally.
• We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal information. The Site uses no marketing cookies. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss, quote, and deliver a project.
• To handle reviews you send us and to confirm, manage, and cancel appointment bookings.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, with the business you book an appointment with, and when required by law. Those providers include:

• Our hosting provider — website hosting and email routing (the inbox that receives your contact-form messages).
• Our email provider — sends review notifications to us and booking confirmations to you and to the business you booked with.
• Our database provider — stores appointment bookings.
• Stock-image and similar infrastructure providers used to operate the Site.

The Site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any cookies used are limited to what is necessary for the Site to function and stay secure. Separately, the chat helper described above uses your browser’s local and session storage, and some demo pages save a language preference or a sample cart there; you can clear this in your browser settings. We do not run analytics tools on the Site. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies if you prefer.

Email. We do not send marketing or promotional email and the Site has no newsletter sign-up. We email only to reply to messages you send us, and to send the booking confirmations described above.

We keep the emails and project communications you send us for as long as needed to serve you and to keep ordinary business records, then delete them when no longer needed. Appointment bookings stay in our database; we do not automatically delete them. You can ask us to delete your messages or booking details at any time.

• You can email us to ask what information of yours we hold, to correct it, or to request deletion.
• You can choose not to submit the contact form — there is no obligation to share any information to browse the Site.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; email us and we will honor valid requests.

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

The Site and our demos may link to third-party sites and services. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to review their policies. Demo sites are samples: their carts, checkouts, and bookings run in your browser and are not sent to us, and one demo loads a live gold price from a third-party service, which can see your IP address when it does.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes take effect when posted to this page.
