Is your gold real 22-karat / 24-karat?
Yes. Every 24k piece is .999 pure gold; every 22k is .916. We will show you the assay marks on any piece.
Why don't you show prices on the website?
Gold prices fluctuate daily, and most of our pieces are hand-finished and vary in weight. We quote each piece personally so you get the most accurate price for what you actually want — visit a location, call us, or send an inquiry.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom pieces take 3–6 weeks from approved design to finished work. Bridal sets can take longer (6–10 weeks). Rush orders are possible for an additional fee — just ask.
Do you do repairs on jewelry I didn't buy here?
Absolutely. We repair every metal — gold, platinum, silver — and every kind of stone setting. Bring it in for a free estimate.
Can I redesign my old gold into something new?
Yes — and many of our clients do. We melt down old pieces, refine the gold, and re-cast it into a new design of your choosing.
Which location should I visit?
Both locations carry the same craftsmanship. Harrisburg is convenient for central Pennsylvania; Reynoldsburg is convenient for the Columbus / central Ohio area. Call ahead if you are looking for a specific piece.
